From Me To You Leadership was founded by Daniel Hall III, a retired Chief Master Sergeant who served 30 years in the United States Air Force. Rising from a young Airman to the Air Force’s highest enlisted rank, he learned one undeniable truth: no mission is ever completed without people.

Daniel’s first chance to lead didn’t go as planned. He tried leading the way his own supervisors had, and it didn’t work for him. That setback sent him searching for a better way, through Situational Leadership, Transformational Leadership, and Emotional Intelligence. Years of trial, study, and reflection shaped People-ship: leadership that balances the mission with genuine care for people.

The name says it all. Every lesson Daniel learned along the way is passed on, from me to you, so you can lead with empathy, intention, and integrity, and then pass it on to the people you lead.
