Daniel Hall III

Founder & CEO

Daniel Hall III founded From Me To You Leadership after retiring as a Chief Master Sergeant (CMSgt) following 30 years of service in the United States Air Force. Rising from a young Airman to the Air Force’s highest enlisted rank, he learned firsthand that the strongest leaders listen first, value the people around them, and lead with intention.

Today, Daniel shares those lessons to help others become better listeners, stronger leaders, and more intentional people. He believes leadership is not simply about a position. It is about valuing people, building meaningful connections, and making a positive difference.

Jaion Reliford-Hall

Director of Digital Marketing

Jaion Reliford-Hall oversees the From Me To You Leadership website and leads the company’s marketing strategy. He graduated with honors from Arizona State University, where he was a member of Barrett, The Honors College.

Jaion brings hands-on digital marketing experience from internships with Colgate-Palmolive’s Skin Health Group and Ve M. Entertainment, and from his work as a content strategist with Lex Social, where his content ideas supported 20% follower growth. He uses that background to make sure our message reaches the people and organizations who can benefit from it most.

JaQuary Reliford-Hall

Director of Strategy & Analytics

JaQuary Reliford-Hall guides the strategic direction of From Me To You Leadership and turns information into insight. He holds a bachelor’s degree in applied mathematics from Valdosta State University, where he was active in Delta Chi, Modeling Mentors, and the Moody AFB Chapel Team.

JaQuary brings real-world analytical experience from his work as a data analyst and computer technician with the Department of Defense. He studies what is working, identifies opportunities for growth, and helps the team make thoughtful, well-informed decisions, so every program we offer delivers real value to the leaders we serve.
